Many wonder why the third course is about rescue techniques. The reason for this is that in this course the knowledge and techniques learned in the advanced course are strengthened. And in addition knowledge is added to help a partner in problems and self-rescue techniques. All this makes the diver get much more confidence in the sport and become more autonomous in their decision making.
Techniques and skills you will learn
There are many techniques that you will practice in this course. Of which some you saw in previous courses and many others are completely new. Among the techniques previously seen are the handling of cramps, recover the regulator, clean the mask, etc. While the new techniques you will learn are: helping a partner in panic, boarding a submerged subconscious diver, applying emergency breaths in the water, etc.
